In a world that is becoming extremely volatile, uncertain, complex and ambigious (VUCA),
I learned to be resilient, open as well as adaptable to change. I am driven to find and understand issues and to respond accordingly to them.
There is always a way to find new solutions. Even if it is something that is out of my knowledge, I strive to gain more understanding by continuously learning. I find new cultures intriguing and aim at understanding them better to find hidden values.

Since I was 16 I've been a DJ and composer.
I've learned to listen to the music, to segment it into its components and then put it back together, thus creating a different big picture - or in this case - sound. Every note can be interpreted differently, but together it has an entire different meaning. This made me realize that it is necessary to look for unsuspected patterns and to be open for change.
Doesn't matter if it is a new project or dusting off the vinyls for a new spin - first of all, I listen.

Analyze.
Being exposed to different cultures from an early age I understood that communication goes beyond speaking. Aspects such as behaviour and customs influence the interaction and require a structured approach to gain understanding.
When looking for different patterns to understand customer behaviour and needs it is crucial to look at the issue from a different angle - critical and creative thinking as well as motivation to learn is key.
That is also the reason why I enjoy working with teams of different backgrounds and cultures - different expertise, different views come together - and light up a new path that has not been taken before.
Execute.
What drives me is to outperform yesterday's results.
Even in situations of high uncertainty I am defined by a logical and determined approach. Agility and adaptability lead me in concising clear plans and goals.
I use this concept at my work with the Start-Up to avoid unpredictability, starting from scratch with building a minimum viable product, intensely interacting with customers to adapt our strategy and optimize it, making use of validated learning and perpetual testing.
Setting priorities and milestones while tracking progress is essential - and so is learning from failures.
